Video and photography for Michigan districts and municipalities
Enrolment and recruitment films, athletics, board and community documentation, bond and millage communication. Delivered captioned, invoiced itemised, on Net 30.
Michigan districts and municipalities can award this without a competitive bid.
Services are largely exempt from mandatory competitive bidding under Michigan law, and most district video work is awarded on informal quotes. Federal micro-purchase rules apply only to federally funded procurements.
